Yes. We recommend a complimentary consultation before your first colour appointment so we can assess your hair history, discuss the look, and ensure realistic expectations.
We offer full colour correction for bad DIY jobs, box colour removal, toning, and rebuilding damaged hair. Colour correction is assessed case-by-case — a consultation is required.
Absolutely. Several of our stylists specialize in curly, coily, and natural hair. Just mention it when booking so we match you with the right specialist.
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for wedding dates, especially for weekend events from May through October. Bridal packages include a trial session.
We ask for 24-hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
