A typical room of 200–300 sq ft takes one day. A full main floor takes 2–3 days. Refinishing a main floor hardwood takes 2 days (sanding day, stain and finish day).
Yes. Removal and disposal of existing flooring is included in our quotes. We handle everything.
Yes. We inspect and assess the subfloor condition before installation begins. If levelling or repairs are needed, we quote that separately before proceeding.

LVP and laminate can be walked on immediately. For freshly stained and finished hardwood, we recommend 24 hours before light foot traffic and 72 hours before placing furniture.
Any installation defect — lifting, buckling, tile cracking from poor mortar coverage, gaps wider than normal. Normal wear, moisture damage, and pet damage are not covered.
