Yes. Our flat monthly maintenance rate includes all routine chemicals — chlorine, pH adjusters, and algaecide. Large shock treatments for problem pools are quoted separately.
We recommend opening between late April and mid-May when overnight temperatures are consistently above 5°C. Opening too early risks algae growth; too late risks warming water that's already turning.
Pool opening includes: removing and folding the winter cover, reassembling pump and filter equipment, replacing plugs, priming the pump, starting and running the system, and full water chemistry balancing.
Yes. We carry parts for all major brands and can often repair equipment the same visit. For parts we need to order, we typically complete repairs within 3–5 business days.
